Around the holidays I was inspired to write a song for a special charity organization called Connections Homes. This awesome non-profit, founded by Pam Parish, exists to help young adults who have aged out of the foster care system get connected to committed adults who can help them navigate various life challenges. I love what they are doing, and I want to be a part of it. So, that song I wrote, "Step into My Story", is available today exclusively through NoiseTrade, and 100% of tips received will be donated to Connections Homes.So, I need your help. ATLANTA SHOW - RED LIGHT CAFE
When I was touring a lot, I had the opportunity to meet some awesome people all over the U.S. A few years ago, in a music venue somewhere outside of Philly, I met one of the coolest, most talented, and cheerful artists. Her name is Joy Ike. We've since played many shows together, and kept in touch. Well, I'm excited to say that Joy is coming to Atlanta at the end of the month, and she's invited me to be a part of her show at Red Light Cafe! So, join us on Sunday, January 31st at 7:00 PM. On a personal note, we've got a new addition to the Scobie family! My wife and I are proud to introduce Camden Loyal Scobie (pic below), born on December 28th, 2015. He is perfect. We're excited and exhausted to have another boy in the house. And Judah is a happy big brother!
